As the voting in the preseason large schools poll suggests, the answer is not so clear. At least, not yet. Schools in Nassau’s Conference I and II, Suffolk’s Division I and II and the CHSFL are eligible. Six schools — North Babylon, Massapequa, Patchogue-Medford, Longwood, St. Anthony’s and Chaminade — each received first-place votes. North Babylon, with four first-place votes and 111 points, is the large schools preseason No. 1.
