Middle Country 2, Longwood 1: Newfield’s Brooke Kelsey rolled a 247 in the second game and had a 599 series for Middle Country (10-1) in League I. Centereach’s Julie Acosta had a 235 in the third game of her 597 series. Jan. 21

Longwood 3, Commack 0: Brielle Spillett bowled a 258 in Game 3 of a 652 series for Longwood (8-3) in its 930-876, 1,032-886, 956-813 League I win. Taylor Schmidt shot a 244 in Game 2 of a 614 series. – Jan. 23

Patchogue-Medford 2, Longwood 1: Brittany Arne rolled a 289 in Game 3 of a career-best 805 series for Patchogue-Medford in its 837-871, 918-865, 916-876 League I win. The junior rolled a 258 in each of her first two games and was perfect on the final nine frames of the third. Her series was the highest bowled by a Suffolk girl since 2013. “She’s been so precise and every throw looks the same,” Raiders coach Chris Varley said of Arne, who entered with a 218.24 average this season.
