Marisa Lamm set a career best in high-school play with a 689 series as East Islip defeated Longwood yesterday in girls bowling. Lamm rolled games of 253, 242 and 194 in barely missing a 700 series, which she has accomplished in her private bowling league, according to coach Harold Cooley.
