Colin and Seth

Senior Colin Michels and junior Seth Knipe (pictured l-r) have been recognized by Newsday as Top 25 boys bowlers for the 2021 season!

Seth finished 11th in Suffolk with a 216.62 average and bowled a 200 or better in 26 of his 42 games, and Colin qualified for the county state All-Star team with the third-best average (223.63) in Suffolk.

Congratulations to the boys’ bowling team and Coach Dwyer on an outstanding season! 🎳

The team finished 11-1 and second place in the league. They placed second at Large School Championships and had the third-highest average for any team in Suffolk County, for the regular season at 207.84.

Special recognition to our seniors Colin Michels, Frank Campo, and Dennis Bannon! Colin Michels averaged 213.1 and was number seven in the league. He had a high game of 268 and earned All-League Second Team Honors. Frank Campo averaged 192.9 and had a high game of 247, and Dennis Bannon averaged 171.4 and had a high game of 211
