Amanda Carlson outscored her opponent and set a record in the process. The junior scored seven goals, setting the single-game school record as Longwood beat West Babylon, 17-6, in a Suffolk Division I girls lacrosse opener yesterday. Carlson, who broke Maria Reoch’s 2000 record of six, added two assists.
