Chris Kollmer scored on a pass from Brian Shaffer with 18 seconds left in the first overtime to break a tie at 5, and scored again 1:03 into the second overtime, as Connetquot beat Longwood, 7-5, yesterday in Division I boys lacrosse. Connetquot’s Joe McErlean scored with 1:15 left in regulation on an assist from Kollmer to tie the score at 5 and force overtime. – March 31

Chris Asaro, Peter Friedman and Andy Rodriguez scored in a span of 26 seconds to give Sachem a 6-1 lead with 1:32 left in the second quarter and the Flaming Arrows went on to defeat Whitman, 9-3, in Division I play. Friedman finished with three goals and three assists and Dennis Kramer added two goals and an assist . . . Josh Selig scored three goals and had an assist and Jason Riso added two goals as Ward Melville defeated Longwood, 10-0. April 6

Terry Gilroy’s man-up goal with three minutes left on Jared Hand’s pass was the game-winner in Whitman’s 5-4 win over Longwood. David Loiacono had three goals and three assists to lead Longwood to a 17-3 win over Hauppauge – May 3

David Loiacono scored on a breakaway 3:38 into the fourth quarter to give Longwood an 8-6 lead in its 9-7 win over West Babylon. West Babylon cut the deficit to 8-7 on a goal by Matt Ezelius with 2:09 remaining, but Jason Wiffin’s insurance goal 58 seconds later secured the win. May 8

Keenan Reader scored on an assist from David Loiacono with 2:37 left in the fourth quarter to break a tie at 7 and put Longwood ahead to stay in its 10-8 win over Bellport. Jason Whiffen scored an unassisted goal from 10 yards with 1:27 left to give Longwood a 9-8 win over Northport. Whiffen finished with two goals and one assist. Northport’s Ryan Cavanaugh scored with two minutes left to tie the score at 8 – May 21
