Keith Doepp scored on a wild pitch with two outs in the bottom of the 11th inning to give Longwood a 4-3 come-from-behind win over Floyd, 4-3. Longwood‘s Jim Moccio led off the bottom of the seventh inning with a homer to tie the score at 3. Keith Toomey’s single with no outs in the bottom of the seventh inning scored Rich Trotta to snap a 3-3 tie and send Floyd past Longwood, 4-3. Trotta singled to lead off the seventh and moved to third on Mike Drell’s double. Drell also squeezed home Tom Pagliaro with one out in the fifth inning to give Floyd a 1-0 lead. Longwoodscored an unearned run in the top of the seventh to tie the game at 3.
